Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If there is a potential fit, they will reach out to schedule an introductory call with the hiring manager. 
Stage 2

Phone Interview

Once you've passed the review stage, we will reach out to schedule an initial call with the hiring manager or leadership team. 
Stage 3

Onsite Interview

At this stage, we will invite you to spend 2-3 hours onsite with us in San Mateo for a team panel interview. There will be time for you to ask questions at the end, so come prepared with a few! 
Stage 4

Offer

Once you've passed the onsite stage and we've debriefed as a team, you'll move to the offer stage. We'll reach out with the news and to understand your requirements to move forward, and once we agree on the details, we will send over the offer for you to sign.

Hired
